L-Malic Acid
Application
L-malic is an important nature organic acid. It is an ideal additive in foodstuff and is widely distributed in vegetable and fruit. It is used as an acid for acid drink ,wine, fruit juice, soda water and various soft drinking, also as a color stabilizer and adjuster of acidity for fruit processing.
Character
L-malic acid is a white crystals or crystalline powder with special and pleasurable sour, fairly hygroscopic, dissolves readily in water and alcohol, a little in ether.
Packing and Storage
Packing with round paperboard drum lined with PE bag, net 25kg per drum, also packing on the base of customer's demand. Kept in a light-proof, well-closed, dry and cool place.
